"Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears."
- Les Brown
You are likely a good match for Grace if:
You’re a firefighter, police officer, EMT, dispatcher, or military service member/veteran who’s used to putting everyone else first.
You’re feeling the weight of the job — the calls, the losses, the expectations — and it’s starting to follow you home.
You’ve been told to “tough it out,” but you’re tired of holding it all in.
You’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or moral injury and want a space where you don’t have to explain the culture or the humor to be understood.
You’ve experienced grief, trauma, or addiction and are looking for real tools to move forward.
You’re trying to reconnect with your family or yourself after years of running on autopilot.
You want a therapist who’s down-to-earth, direct, and gets the first responder world—because she’s grown up in it.
You’re ready to start healing without losing your edge, your identity, or your strength.
A Letter from Padmini
Seeking support takes courage. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, emotional challenges, or a significant life transition, you do not have to face it alone.
My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths, and together we can build upon those strengths to help you move toward healing, growth, and greater well-being.
As a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, stress-related challenges, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is integrative and tailored to each individual's needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, strengths-based interventions, problem-solving techniques, and person-centered therapy.
My clinical experience includes conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluations and providing therapy within multidisciplinary settings. I believe that meaningful change often happens through small, consistent steps and that even modest progress can have a lasting impact on a person's life.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, exploring new places, cooking, and creating a warm and welcoming home. These experiences remind me of the importance of connection, balance, and finding joy in everyday moments.
If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing and personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you and support you every step of the way.
