How We Work

We are here to help heal the invisible wounds of professional men and women, like you, struggling with anxiety or trauma.

We pride ourselves on using evidence-based approaches such as:

  • Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy

  • Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Cognitive- Processing Therapy (CPT)

  • Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Who We Help

Many of our clients just can’t seem to stop worrying, have trouble falling or staying asleep, and often feel on edge.

They experience constant physical tension such as headaches or back pain, and may struggle with nightmares.

Most clients come in seeking help for anxiety and then later realize that their current symptoms are actually related to a history of trauma, something that has left a negative impact on them. Others come in specifically seeking relief from their PTSD symptoms, from experiencing or witnessing horrible personal or professional incidents.

If you are seeking relief, you are tired of not performing in your career or relationships as usual, your family and social lives are suffering and you just don’t seem like yourself anymore, please call us now (855) 904-6640

A note to consider:

We define trauma as "anything that has left a negative impact on you."

At IWTW we recognize that no situation is too big or too small to deserve healing. Seeking therapy can be daunting and we want you to know that we don't discriminate against or judge your experience or your identity.

If you had a broken arm you'd seek medical services immediately, and we encourage you to contact IWTW if you don’t feel well because your mental health deserves healing too.
