  • Healing Invisible Wounds Workshop is a 6 week intensive providing psychoeducation, process and real- time practice to begin the healing process of trauma.

    The workshop is broken into modules to tap into the impact trauma has on brain and body, emotions, cognitions and behaviours. Each session builds on the next and allows for practice in between sessions as well.
