You are likely a good match for Grace if:
You’re a firefighter, police officer, EMT, dispatcher, or military service member/veteran who’s used to putting everyone else first.
You’re feeling the weight of the job — the calls, the losses, the expectations — and it’s starting to follow you home.
You’ve been told to “tough it out,” but you’re tired of holding it all in.
You’re struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, or moral injury and want a space where you don’t have to explain the culture or the humor to be understood.
You’ve experienced grief, trauma, or addiction and are looking for real tools to move forward.
You’re trying to reconnect with your family or yourself after years of running on autopilot.
You want a therapist who’s down-to-earth, direct, and gets the first responder world—because she’s grown up in it.
You’re ready to start healing without losing your edge, your identity, or your strength.
A Letter from Grace
You’ve spent your life taking care of everyone else—showing up when the tones drop, holding it together for your team and your family, and pushing through no matter how heavy it gets. But lately, the late nights, the calls that don’t fade, and the pressure to stay “strong” might feel harder to carry. You don’t have to do it alone.
I understand the world you live in because I’ve lived it too. My dad is a firefighter, and I’ve spent years walking alongside those who serve. My goal is to help you find relief, clarity, and balance—not by changing who you are, but by helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that got buried under the weight of the job.
With a master’s in Military and First Responder Psychology and more than four years supporting firefighters, law enforcement, and military personnel, I work with trauma, PTSD, C-PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, moral injury, grief, OCD, and more. Through a variety of therapeutic modalities, I approach each in a grounded, down-to-earth way to help you process and heal.
This is your space to take the gear off, breathe, and focus on you for a change. If you’re ready to find your footing again—at work, at home, and within yourself—reach out and start your healing journey today.
